1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MockDraftScores ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MockDraftScores is a free web application that allows users to build NFL first-round mock drafts, have them scored after the draft, and compare their accuracy against other users and professional analysts.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You may set a public username that will be displayed on the leaderboard
  • Usernames must not be offensive, misleading, or impersonate others

4. Mock Draft Submissions

Mock drafts submitted before the NFL draft deadline are locked and cannot be edited after submission. This ensures fair and accurate scoring for all users. Scores are calculated automatically based on actual draft results using the selected scoring methodology.

5. Intellectual Property

MockDraftScores is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Football League (NFL) or any of its teams. NFL team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of the NFL and its teams. Draft data and prospect information are sourced from publicly available resources.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, scoring inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboard rankings
  • Attempting to modify submitted mock drafts after the deadline
  • Scraping or automated access to the Service without permission
  • Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
